For certain services, such as color corrections, hair extensions, or bridal styling, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward your final service cost.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service to accommodate other appointments. Multiple late arrivals may result in a late fee or require pre-payment for future bookings.
Your health and safety are important to us. We follow strict sanitation and disinfection protocols to ensure a clean and safe salon environment. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and check. Gratuities are appreciated and may be given in cash or added to your card payment.
