Salon Policies

At Station 5 Salon, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and a relaxing, enjoyable experience. To maintain the highest level of customer care and ensure the smooth operation of our salon, we have established the following policies.

Appointments

  • Booking: We recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please respond to confirm your appointment.
  • Arrival: We kindly ask that you arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require us to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice or failure to arrive to your appointment will result in a 50% no show fee/ late cancellation fee.

Deposits

For certain services, such as color corrections, hair extensions, or bridal styling, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward your final service cost.

Late Policy

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service to accommodate other appointments. Multiple late arrivals may result in a late fee or require pre-payment for future bookings.

Salon Etiquette

  • Respect: We ask that all clients treat our team and other guests with respect and kindness.
  • Quiet Devices: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep phone use to a minimum and set devices to silent mode during your visit.

Health & Safety

Your health and safety are important to us. We follow strict sanitation and disinfection protocols to ensure a clean and safe salon environment. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

Payment Options

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and check. Gratuities are appreciated and may be given in cash or added to your card payment.
